Flights only take around 2 hours and 40 minutes.  There are many websites and travel agents that you could go to in order to find some excellent deals on these flights.

Your alternative, of course, would be to drive from Vancouver to Las Vegas.  The distance from Vancouver in Canada to Las Vegas is 2,035 kilometres, which should take you around 21 hours.  Of course, this is a very long drive, but if you are going to see the fighting action with a group of friends, it is possible to take turns driving whilst another sleeps of course.

Of course, as long as you are travelling to Las Vegas, you may want to take some additional time off to explore the wonders of the city itself, in which case driving is once again a great option.  Although the distance is not exactly around the corner, having your own car does mean you have quite a bit of freedom of movement.  Of course, it would also immediately be the ultimate road trip, with an amazing boxing match at the end of it.
